Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
1. Using Queens
Queens is for personal entertainment. You must be at least 13 years old or have a guardian approve your play. Please do not reverse engineer the puzzle generator, sell access, or interfere with our servers.
2. Accounts & purchases
Mobile purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their terms. Web purchases are billed by Stripe. All sales are final except where required by local consumer protection laws.
Chargebacks
We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent disputes.
Refunds
Contact support within 14 days if content is not delivered as described.
3. Fair play and content
Do not automate gameplay, harass other players, or upload malicious files. We may remove any content or suspend accounts that violate community guidelines.
4. Intellectual property
Queens—including puzzles, artwork, trademarks, and source code—is owned by Freedom LLP. You receive a non-transferable license to use the apps for personal enjoyment. Commercial use requires written approval.
5. Disclaimers
Queens is provided “as is.” While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Freedom LLP is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in London courts unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
